Step 1: Choose either the Entry Only or Limited Service Flat Fee MLS Listing package that fits your budget - both come with all the standard listing features.  You may select any additional items or products you may wish to purchase at this time. All transactions are completely secure and you may cancel for any reason anytime. You owe nothing or will be refunded if cancelled before your home is active on the MLS.

Step 2: After your check out, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of your transaction. Shortly after the processing of your transaction, you will also receive a second email with the necessary listing form and instructions for completion so that we may properly list your property.  These are mostly the details pertaining to your home or property and can be filled out right from your computer or you may print out and complete.

Step 3: After we receive your property information forms back, your listing will go live on the MLS within one business day.  At this time you will receive an email link to your listing on the MLS, an email PDF attachment of your MLS Listing, and login access to all of the free tools we have created for you, including a color flyer creator, personal listing web page, html classified ad creator and many other resources and tools.  Please review your listing at this time for accuracy.  Your REALTOR.com listing will go online approximately 48 hours after your MLS listing goes online. 

You are not required to create an online account nor perform an online credit card transaction to list on the MLS. We would be happy to assist you over the phone if you prefer.  Simply call or email us and we can fax or email you the appropriate form to fill out and either fax or email back to us.
